fantastic quality uniform. I am 5'8,185 and purchased a size 5. jacket fits good- pants way long so had to have them hemmed. NOTE- u can get free shortening from tokyodo which I didn't know. After washing and let to air dry( as recommended) - its very very stiff. Not sure I would use other than kata competition due to its rigidity. Will try drying in the dryer on low to see if stays stiff. Good crisp snap performing kata as advertised.
