The Hirota Takumi Kata is an unbelievably great gi. The snap is much louder than the Pinack with the play-off being that when wet (sweat) the gi gets even stiffer. Pinack kata is more comfortable when wet but I prefer the Takumi just for the snap. Takumi is also lighter than the Pinack kata. I will purchase a second Takumi shortly - it's that good!
