Customer services in the UK could learn a lot from Hamid !
He spotted a mistake on my order and rectified it immediatly. He also spotted a mistake with my belt when it was delivered to him and had that rectified as well....Thank you Hamid. The belt is lovely as is the embroidery. The only problem i had is with the British customs and postal service who are a joke ! It took less than 2 days to get from Japan to the UK and then took 11 days to get the 100 miles from Birmingham to Swindon ! Worth waiting for though, especially to witness such first class customer service. Will definatley shop again. Thanks.
