Introduction of Registered Small Packet Service

Whilst Japan Post have now terminated the International e-Packet service, they still offer an International Registered Small Packet service. Whilst this service is slightly more expensive than the old e-packet service, it is faster.  It is also cheaper than both EMS and DHL in most cases, offering a cheaper delivery service.
