These belts are different from the Tokaido colour belts offered on other websites as these are made in Japan for the Japanese market, hence the higher quality. Only available through Tokaido in Japan or Kuroobiya.

MADE IN JAPAN
These Kyu grade belts are quality: 4cm width, 4mm thick stiff core with 11 rows of stitching. Easy to tie and the ends stick up for a while before they’re broken in. In England, most brands are cheaper, a lot thinner and feel like rags but these belts are thicker, feel a lot more premium and much dearer in price but worth it. Students can only have a lot more pride wearing them, I wish I had wore these when I was progressing through the Kyu ranks!
