I bought these belts, after deciding to reenter tournament competition seriously. The belts look great, and the hirota quality is unmistakable. My only squirm, is that they are a bit of a pain in the rear to tie, and become lose a bit easily. Then again , you aren't going to be using these belts for actual regular training. The belts have a 'glossy' finish and look great!
