SHIPPING

Shipping is available to all regions.

Our chosen method of shipping is EMS. This is because it is traceable so we both know exactly where it is. It is also insured so in the very unlikely event of loss or damage, the goods are covered. It is also very fast and extremely reliable. For dogi it is also cheaper than airmail parcel post for most regions.

The shipping usually takes 3-5 days for most regions. Shipping to P.O boxes is unavailable to some Asian, African and south American countries so please check before ordering.

Unfortunately there are some regions where EMS is not available. If this is the case, then Normal airmail can be used. If you live in a developing country, please contact us before ordering.

The shipping charge includes packaging and handling charges which are minimal. All dogi and belts will be packed in water resistant packaging.

DUTIES & TAXES

You will be fully responsible for payment of any duties or taxes upon importation into your country. By International law we must state the contents and value on a customs form. If you are charged, or how much you are charged seems to be based on each local office. Generally, single personalized items seem to be treated more favourably.(i.e not tax charged).

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know immediately (within 24 hours). We can give you a 90% credit card/ paypal refund or a 100% store credit to use on another order. We can no longer offer full money refunds, because there is a cost associated with each order that we can not recover.

If the order has already began to be processed by the manufacturer, then cancellation may be difficult. They are not so generous with cancellations and refunds.

If you have made a mistake on your order and wish to change it please do so within 24 hours. It is possible but any changes which involve a change in price, will require:

1.cancellation of the order

2. a full re-credit (100% store credit)

3. reordering.

(Same as in a shop when purchasing by credit card.)

or alternatively for your convenience we can create a special product as a surcharge for you. You can just click it and pay. This will however incur a small handling charge.

Unaltered Dogi and Belts (and other goods)

Refunds will only be given if there is actually something wrong with the manufacturing of the product or an error has been made on our part. You will however be responsible for initial payment of shipping charges back to Japan. You will then be reimbursed.

If you order the wrong size you may return it product and receive the correct size, however you will be responsible for the difference, plus the return shipment to Japan and re-shipment back to you.

• PLEASE CHECK SIZES CAREFULLY. DON'T GO BY THE SIZE OF YOUR OLD DOGI / OBI IF IT IS ANOTHER MANUFACTURER.
• Don't forget to account for shrinkage

Personalized Dogi & Belts 

Please note that personalized (or tailored) dogi and belts  are made for you so it is not possible to cancel or accept them back if you change your mind once they have been ordered for you. (It will be impossible for the manufacturer to resell them so they will not give a refund unless they make a mistake).

Returns and Refunds will only be accepted if there is actually something wrong with the manufacturing of the product or an error has been made on our part.

• You are responsible for making your own correct measurements and choosing correct sizes.

• If you have any doubts please feel free to contact  us before you order and we will give you advice and guidance but the final decision is yours .
